The Active Life Institute has several innovative, low or no-cost programs specifically designed for employers and employees at work including:

These programs are popular with business owners and human resource managers who are looking for low or no-cost programs that offer real value to their employees.

Offering one or more of these programs to your employees is a great way to win their hearts and boost the image of your company. Healthier employees are happier and more productive at work, so it's a win-win for everyone.

Employee Health Screenings
Upon the request of a local employer, Active Life Institute doctors and certified staff will provide no-cost employee health screening on-site.

For convenience, these health screenings are usually held at the workplace, in a conference room or spare office, and offered at a convenient time, usually a lunch hour or before or after work. Sometimes, the employer will also arrange for a complimentary buffet or bag lunch for attendees to increase attendance.

Lunch with the Doctor
To give employees a chance to talk with a doctor in a group setting, Active Life Institute doctors will have lunch with 5-10 employees to answer health-related questions in a setting more condusive to interactive conversation.

"Lunch with the Doctor" sessions can be requested by an employer, an HR Department, or even a group of employees.

Workplace-Related Health Seminars
Employers may also request a no-cost, on-site seminar on a workplace-related health issue such as:
