Massage Therapy

Massage therapy works to alleviate pain, relieve stress, and improve your health and well being by the mobilization of the soft tissue including skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue.

Massage is the systematic manual application of pressure and movement to the soft tissue of the body-the skin, tendons, ligaments, and fascia (the membrane surrounding muscles and muscle groups). It encourages healing by promoting the flow of blood & lymph, relieving tension, stimulating nerves, stretching and loosening muscles and connective tissue to keep them elastic.
